Product Return & Warranty Policy

1. This warranty covers only the area rugs and ready-made products bought from Express Carpet Co., Ltd.
2. The warranty covers for one year from the purchased date shown in the receipt.
3. Customer may change the product within 7 days from the purchased date shown in the receipt. The product must be returned as new/unused and in sellable condition in the original package. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. Failure to present the original receipt, the company keeps the right to refuse the product change.
4. This guarantee does not apply to:
4.1 The clearance carpet & rug with 50% discount and over.
4.2 The damage caused by inappropriately abused, misused, altered, or cleaned by the incorrect cleaning methods or incorrect cleaning products.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
4.3 The damage caused by natural disasters and/or damage caused by animals or insects.
4.4 The natural fall of yarn, especially the carpet made from Acrylic, Bamboo Silk, Viscose, and/or Natural yarn, is not considered a defect of the product. Thus the guarantee does not include.
4.5 Other damages that do not cause by the company.
5. If the damage is caused by the customer and the customer requires the company to repair the carpet & rug, the company will charge for the service acquired.
6. In case there is defect product caused by the company but the company can not fix or replace the same product for the customer,
the company reserved the rights to replace the similar product with the same standard for the customer.
7. The company reserves all rights in warranty consideration. The decision from the company is considered final.
8. If the company considered that the carpet & rug is under warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to replace or repair the product or takes appropriate action without refund in all cases.
9. The company reserves all rights to make changes in warranty conditions without prior notice.
