The Hand tufting process comprises of a man injecting the pile through the canvas from behind. Each pile is individually injected, the closer the tufts, the higher the density. Products of a higher density use a larger amount of material and are therefore higher price. The only variation in the production method is the material used. At Express Carpet & Decor, all of our hand-tufted products are made with 100% high-grade material.

Acrylic - Synthetic fiber rugs are created to mimic the look of wool and high-quality fiber rugs at a lower price point. Nylon Bright is softer than Nylon. Its sheeny property makes the rug look gracious and also gives different looks when look from different angle. Moreover, the color of rug made of nylon bright is less vivid than rug made of nylon. If we compare nylon bright with Bamboo silk, nylon bright is a lot more durable than Bamboo silk. | |
